The 10-Day Vegetarian Workshop at Seniors Engagement & Enabling Node (SEEN) in Bukit Batok featured different cooking classes every day, offering a diverse and unrepeated whole-food, plant-based lunch bentos to empower seniors to explore the plant-based diet while gaining valuable insights into selecting optimal ingredients for a balance and nutritious diet.
