洗肾可怕吗?有你在,就不怕!

一年一度的肾友联谊,让肾友和家属有机会聚在一起。在往年的联谊中,内容以教导肾友如何正确饮食为主,而今年策划团队把重点放在心理健康,现场有心理学家分享如何纾解压力,还有小游戏,引导肾友重视心理健康。 肾友 佩玛拉塔 来这里我很开心,今天我要来见朋友,来见我的慈济志工   你不相信你自己很坚强的对吗?看到你我就很坚强了。很好,加油,鼓励,要相信自己   不同的游戏和摊位,让志工和肾友互动交流。63位肾友和家属在志工的陪伴下,在慈济人文青年中心参与一年一度的肾友联谊。   当你觉得你对经历的事没办法控制时,压力就会产生   在往年的联谊中,内容以教导肾友如何正确饮食为主,而今年策划团队着重在心理健康,现场有心理学家分享纾解压力的技巧,引导肾友正向面对生活。   慈善企划专员  陈进财 我们在关怀的个案,其实我们也发现说有很多个案可能他们在初步洗肾的过程中,变化也包括心理,所以我们希望说通过这样一个茶会,让他们可以去学习到如何去应付他们的压力,还有(了解)什么资源他们可以善用去得到支持。   肾友 颜亚拾   一开始(洗肾),我的生活非常糟糕。而今天,我是一个快乐的人。很开心在这里见到大家   认识跟自己面对同样情况的病友,互相鼓励打气,正能量满满。   肾友 嘉茜拉 我们可以交到朋友,互相鼓励,倾听他们的压力,他们可以跟我们分享,我们会了解   肾友 颜亚拾   慈济志工每个月都来看我,给我打气,每次收到他们的祝福,都会激励我   闪闪的灯照着树上的祝福和心愿,就像家人和志工的支持与关怀,点亮肾友的生活,让这条洗肾路不再孤单。   (大爱新闻 张玉佳 周正阳 新加坡报导)     Renal Patient, Premalatha I come here, I am very happy, today I want to see my friends, I want to see my Tzu Chi people   You don't believe you're strong, do you? I'm strong after seeing you. Very good, cheer up, believe in yourself!   Different games and booths allowed volunteers and renal patients to interact with each other. 63 patients and their family members, accompanied by volunteers, participated in the annual Renal Friends Gathering at the Tzu Chi Humanistic Youth Centre.   It’s when you feel that you don’t have control over the things that you experiencing right now, that’s why stress occurred.   In previous years, the content of the gathering was focused on teaching renal patients how to eat properly, but this year, the planning team focused on mental health, with a psychologist on site to share stress relief techniques and guide patients to face life in a positive way.   Charity Development Associate, Alex Chen In fact, we found that many of the cases we care for may have been affected psychologically during the initial dialysis process, so we hope that through this event, they can learn how to cope with their stress and (understand) what resources they can utilise to get support.   Renal Patient, Gan Ah Chap My life was hell at the beginning. And today, I am a happy-go-lucky person, I am so happy to see all of you here!   Meeting patients who are facing the same situation, encouraging and cheering each other up, filled with positive energy.   Renal Patient, Jasilah We make more friends, so we can encourage one another, we can listen (to) what (they are stressed about), they can share with us, so we understand   Renal Patient, Gan Ah Chap Tzu Chi volunteers who have been visiting me every month to boost my morale, every time I receive the blessings from them, my heart and my spirit went up   The flashing lights illuminate the blessings and wishes on the tree, just like the support and care from family members and volunteers, lighting up the lives of kidney patients and making this dialysis path no longer lonely.
