Tzu Chi Humanistic Youth Centre 2025

Tzu Chi Humanistic Youth Centre

For youth, by youth. A nurturing space where young hearts connect, contribute their unique talents, and cultivate positive change in the world.

The Tzu Chi Humanistic Youth Centre is the first youth empowerment initiative by Tzu-Chi Foundation (Singapore), established as a nurturing space where young people are gently guided to explore purposeful living. Rooted in the spirit of humanistic culture, the Centre fosters kindness, compassion that embraces all beings, and a deep sense of care for both society and the Earth. It offers a serene and uplifting environment for youth to grow in wisdom, gratitude and service.

Inspired by values of plant-based mindful living, environmental sustainability, inner well-being, creative expression and community service, the Centre thoughtfully curates a variety of programmes and resources. These experiences support youth in discovering themselves while encouraging them to contribute meaningfully to others with joy and sincerity.

In addition to workshops, talks and community bazaars, the Centre provides warm, welcoming communal spaces. Here, young people can find a peaceful place to study, build friendships or enjoy nourishing plant-based meals prepared with care. Youth are invited to serve as volunteers, join the Changemakers Circle or take part in our internship programme, as they walk the path of learning, giving and growing.

In the heart of Yishun, next to Khoo Teck Puat Hospital, the Centre invites youth into a tranquil and inclusive setting, supporting their journey of self-discovery and encouraging a life of kindness and service.
