Seniors Set New Singapore Record with Giant National Flag and “SG59” Upcycled Artwork
The Seniors Engagement & Enabling Node (SEEN) launched a project aiming to get listed in the Singapore Book of Records, inviting seniors to take up the challenge. After a month of dedication and the involvement of over 20 participants, the project culminated in the creation of a 1.4-meter by 1.8-meter crocheted national flag and a 1.2-meter by 1.8-meter upcycled artwork. Both pieces are now officially listed in the Singapore Book of Records.
