As chronic illnesses become more common, more individuals hope to spend their final moments in a familiar and peaceful setting, surrounded by their loved ones.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTzu Chi Palliative Care\u201d supports patients who have been diagnosed with a life expectancy of less than one year. Every moment of life is precious. Our care team is available around the clock and visits regularly to monitor the patient\u2019s condition and help reduce the need for hospital admissions.
